Subject - Does Israel’s Recent actions meet the Definition of Terrorism?
Dear Mr Peters
I have been watching Israel’s actions on the Gaza fence since the 30th of March where over 5,000 Unarmed Civilian Protesters have been Deliberately Shot by Israeli SNIPERS with over 100 Killed.
It has moved me to consider the following question – “Does Israel’s Recent actions meet the Definition of Terrorism?”
Terrorism is defined as:
• “the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims”
I have 4 questions for you in regards to this definition:
If you answer “No” to any of these questions, can you please provide an explanation for this Consideration.
If you answer “Yes” to all four questions, then my final question is:
Kind regards

- Tent cities were set up in five locations along the occupied border for the protest for a right of return of Palestinian refugees to what is now Israel
- This was developed to be a peaceful protest
- Israel has deployed many Snipers along the fence
- The Israeli Military gave snipers orders to use live ammunition if they want to. Even if the Protesters are on the other side of the Separation fence.
- Israeli SNIPERS have shot over 5,000 Palestinian Protesters in Gaza. Killing over 100 of them.
- On May 14th 2018 alone, the Israeli Military injured more than 2,200 Unarmed Civilian Protesters with their SNIPERS shooting more an 1,000 Civilians, Killing 52 of them.
- Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said they Know where EVERY Bullet is aimed at. That means the killing of men, women and Children is Planned and Deliberate.
- The Definition of Terrorism is – “the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims”
- It looks as if Israel’s actions on the Gaza fence fits with the definition of Terrorism!
- Take action and ask your Political Representatives whether they Consider Israel’s actions in Gaza meets the definition of Terrorism!
- Please take action.

Terrorism is defined as:
• “the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims”
I have 4 questions for you in regards to this definition:
- Do you consider that Israel’s actions in shooting the over 5,000 Unarmed Civilians in Gaza, killing more than 100 of them is “Lawful”
- Do you consider that the shooting the over 5,000 Unarmed Civilians in Gaza, killing more than 100 of them is a “Use of Violence and Intimidation”
- Do you consider that the shooting the over 5,000 Unarmed Civilians in Gaza, killing more than 100 of them is action against “Civilians”
- Do you consider that the shooting the over 5,000 Unarmed Civilians in Gaza, killing more than 100 of them is an action “in the pursuit of political aims”? Given that the political aim would be to deter the Gaza civilians from walking up the separation fence as a protest.
If you answer “No” to any of these questions, can you please provide an explanation for this Consideration.
If you answer “Yes” to all four questions, then my final question is:
- Does Israel’s Recent actions meet the Definition of Terrorism?
