1) Dahiya Doctrine - Israel has a Military/Political Policy called the Dahiya Doctrine
- The Dahiya Doctrine is a Policy is to “Attack Civilians and Civilian Infrastructure to create a Deterrent”
- Israel attacks Palestinian Civilians to Injure, Kill and Maim them to try to deter them from carrying out actions like Protests in Gaza and the West Bank.
- The Shooting of over 1,700 Unarmed Civilian Protesters, killing over 40 of them, during the Great March of return is part of Israel’s Dahiya Doctrine.
- The shooting of many Palestinian Children by Israeli Snipers during the Great March of Return is also part of Israel’s Dahiya Doctrine. It is an attempt to Terrorise Palestinian Parents to stop their children from being involved in Legitimate Protests.
- The shooting of Palestinian Journalists by Israeli Snipers during the Great March of return is part of Israel’s Dahiya Doctrine
- The Attacking and damaging of more than 14 Palestinian Ambulances in Gaza during the Great March of return is part of Israel’s Dahiya Doctrine
- An extension of that policy is to attack Palestinian Civilians by attacking their Children. The “Arrest” of Ahed Tamimi is a case in point. She and other members of her family have been attacked, injured or arrested in an attempt to Deter them from carrying out protest activities.
- The attacks on Gaza in 2008, 2012 and 2014 are a part of Israel’s Dahiya Doctrine. A Large proportion of the Gaza Civilian Infrastructure was destroyed in those attacks along with many thousands of Civilian homes.

Does Israel carry out State Terrorism?
One can conclude from the above that Israel has a Deliberate Political Policy (Dahiya Doctrine) to Attack Civilians to Deter them from Protesting or bring their case to world attention. Ie Carry out State Terrorism. Does that make Israel a Terrorist State?
I call on you to take action to hold Israel to account for the actions it takes to Terrorise the Palestinian Population under Occupation.
My questions are these:

- Israel attacks Palestinian Civilians to Injure, Kill and Maim them to try to deter them from carrying out actions like Protests in Gaza and the West Bank.
- An extension of that policy is to attack Palestinian Civilians by attacking their Children.

- In addition, Israel destroys Civilian Infrastructure as part of this doctrine. Civilian houses, Power plants. Water systems. Sewerage systems. Solar Electricity systems. And the list goes on. . .

- The Definition of Terrorism is “the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims”
Does Israel carry out State Terrorism?
One can conclude from the above that Israel has a Deliberate Political Policy (Dahiya Doctrine) to Attack Civilians to Deter them from Protesting or bring their case to world attention. Ie Carry out State Terrorism. Does that make Israel a Terrorist State?

- Will our Government call on Israel to stop it’s use of the Dahiya Doctrine to try to Silence Palestinian Voices of Protest?
