Subject - What will you do about the Deliberate Shooting/Murder of Palestinian Paramedic Razan Al-Najar in Gaza?
Dear Mr Peters
I have been watching Israel’s actions on the Gaza fence since the 30th of March where more than 5,500 unarmed civilian protesters have been deliberately shot by Israeli SNIPERS, with over 115 Killed.
On June 1st, an Israel SNIPER Deliberately lined up 21 year old Palestinian paramedic Razan Al-Najar in his Cross Hairs and pulled the trigger killing her.
Razan was involved in attending to the injured and wounded in Gaza. She was No Threat to the Israeli forces on the Israeli side of the Gaza separation fence.
Gazan commentator Nader R. Abdelnaby noted on social media that the Israeli soldiers wouldn’t dare target a young female nurse, wearing her white coat and giving medical help to the injured in peaceful protests “unless they are sure they will go unpunished.”
Abdelnaby also recalled Article 20 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, 1949 that states: ‘Persons regularly and solely engaged in the operation and administration of civilian hospitals, including the personnel engaged in the search for, removal and transporting of and caring for wounded and sick civilians, the infirm and maternity cases, shall be respected and protected.’
The Israeli Military has tweeted "Nothing was carried out uncontrolled; everything was accurate and measured, and we know where every bullet landed." That means the killing of men, women and children is planned and deliberate.
It is obvious from the Israeli Military's own words that the killing/murder of Razan Al-Najar was deliberate.
That makes this Killing, like many others carried out by Israeli Snipers on the Gaza fence, a War Crime.
I have 2 questions for you in regards to this Shooting/Killing/Murder:
Kind regards

- What will our country do to hold Israel to account for this Unlawful Killing/Murder?
Kind regards
